Vintage DeArmond sound hole pickup in good working condition. I believe to be between 1958-1960. It has been on my ibanez for years, but have used it only a handful of times. The volume works, and has a jack wire with it. The wire was previously cut to fit on the guitar. I had to cut it again to take it out. I will leave it as is so you can attach it to yours. Everything besides that seems to be in original unrestored condition.
