I bought this brain module about two years ago. My history with mandala:
I bought the V1 when it was out 20 years ago. I ended up selling it and moved to the V2 and V3. I do not have computers or software to run those and was not interested in getting into that right now, but found this V1 and liked that I could connect a drum pad to it. I did use it with my Roland Bar trigger and it worked "OK" it wasn't like the original, but you could hear the sounds. I really would like to find a V1 pad to use with this brain, but I did not have any luck.
Right now, it's just sitting in the cabinet, and would like to see it used in some sort of context. Like I said, it will "work" with Roland pads (Bar trigger) but I will not guarantee which other pads or other brands.
