A very special opportunity to own the Stirling Broadcast BBC LS3/6, a modern licensed interpretation of the classic BBC monitor tradition, designed by Derek Hughes.

These are wonderfully musical, natural-sounding loudspeakers that combine the characteristic BBC presentation with modern drive units, a refined crossover, excellent dispersion and considerably greater power handling than the original designs. The LS3/6 offers a beautifully open and articulate midrange, smooth treble and a wonderfully coherent, unforced presentation that makes them equally rewarding with voices, acoustic music, jazz, classical and well-recorded rock.

The speakers are in excellent overall condition, with only a couple of extremely small and very superficial signs of wear. One corner has a barely noticeable, millimetre-scale area of finish wear. These imperfections are minor and difficult to see unless you're looking for them — please see photos for details.
