This is a an 18x14 inch bass drum shell with hoops. There was water damage to the bottom of the shell as seen in the pics. Comes with the double tom mount as seen and the two bass leg attachments. There is some slight bubbling on the outer ply. You can see it in the pictures of the inside of the shell. The red circles identify exactly where each bubble is at.
