Classic Japanese-made Technics 1200 and increasingly hard to find, especially the MK5.
Turntable powers up and mechanically has been working normally — motor, platter, pitch control, start/stop, etc.
PLEASE READ: Recently the audio began intermittently cutting out on one channel. Moving/adjusting the RCA cables would bring the channel back, so there appears to be an issue somewhere in the audio cable/connection. I have not diagnosed it and don't want to spend the time repairing it, so I'm selling the turntable AS-IS and pricing it accordingly.
Great candidate for someone comfortable servicing Technics 1200s.
