Marantz Model 2220B Vintage Stereophonic Receiver – Serviced & Tested
Very clean vintage Marantz 2220B stereo receiver in good working condition.
The unit has been serviced and tested, and the original dial/meter illumination has been replaced with LEDs, providing a bright and attractive blue display.
During testing:
- Receiver powered on normally
- FM reception tested
- FM Stereo indicator operates
- Gyro-Touch tuning operates smoothly
- Tuning meter operates
- Left/right audio output tested
- Volume, balance, bass, mid and treble controls checked
- Front-panel switches and controls checked during testing
- Dial and meter illumination operating properly

Cosmetic Condition
The front faceplate, dial glass, knobs and controls are exceptionally clean for its age. The illuminated dial presents very well.
The woodgrain cabinet also presents well overall, but does show normal vintage wear, along with some light marks, scratches and age-related wear on the top and sides. Please examine the close-up photos carefully.
Rear panel, speaker terminals and RCA connections are shown clearly in the photos.
