The Rumble 40 is the smallest bass amp in this line that will actually hold a rehearsal. Forty watts at 8 ohms through a 10 inch Fender Special Design speaker, in a lightweight plywood cabinet.
The cabinet material is not a footnote. Bass cabs are heavy, and Fender's move to lightweight plywood across the Rumble line is the reason players carry these to gigs instead of dreading them.
One quarter inch input, silver grille.
Against a moderate drummer in a small room this holds up. Against a loud one it will not, and that is what the 100 and up are for.
