The Collings 002H 14-Fret brings the balance and comfort of a small-bodied acoustic into a slightly more familiar 14-fret format, pairing a Sitka spruce top with East Indian rosewood back and sides and classic Style 2 appointments.

Its compact 00 body is voiced with pre-war scalloped X-bracing, giving the guitar a quick response with strong midrange presence and more low-end definition than its size might suggest. The 24 7/8" scale length adds a slightly softer feel under the fingers while retaining plenty of clarity and headroom.

This example is ordered with a 1 3/4" bone nut, offering a little extra room at the fingerboard compared to the standard 002H 14-Fret specification. The Honduran mahogany neck features Collings’ Modified V profile and is paired with an ebony fingerboard, 14"-26" compound radius, and abalone short diamond and square inlays.

Traditional Style 2 appointments include ivoroid body binding with herringbone purfling, a zipper backstrip, tortoise pickguard, and an ebony belly-style bridge. Nickel Waverly tuners and a high-gloss nitrocellulose body finish complete the build.

A deluxe hardshell case is included.
