This is a 16 ohm 200 watt woofer. It is in good working order and is ready to go.

The JBL 2118J is a professional 8-inch cone mid-woofer designed for high-output sound reinforcement and studio-monitor use. In the Cabaret 4612, two 16-ohm 2118Js are used together to create the cabinet’s nominal 8-ohm low-frequency section.[jblpro +1]
What the “J” means
The 2118J is electrically the same basic driver as the 2118H, except for impedance: the 2118J is 16 ohms, while the 2118H is 8 ohms. JBL used the 16-ohm J version in pairs so that parallel wiring produces an 8-ohm load—appropriate for the 4612’s crossover and amplifier interface.
