This is a 1970 model in very good condition. One owner. There are minor dings from typical wear and tear. Finish checking on the top - typical and indicative of age. Fingerboard and fret wear are minimal - this guitar has not been played a lot. No pick or fingernail scratches on the top or pickguard. There’s a crack between the pickguard and bridge. I consulted a luthier and he said this was both typical and repairing it was more problematic than just leaving it alone. It doesn’t affect tone or playability. The 1st string tuner has been replaced with one of similar vintage - the original tuner will be included. It’s bent but still functional. This guitar looks, plays, and sounds great. For a small body, it has a big tone, with crisp, clear lows through mids and highs. The hard shell case is a Martin case, specific to the 00-18. Purchased new about 10 years ago.
