The Sonzera 20 Combo is that philosophy in a 20-watt format — a two-channel, all-tube gigging and studio amplifier voiced on the full, three-dimensional tones of American mid-1960s amplifiers, with enough flexibility to cover a genuinely wide range of playing styles without becoming complicated. The Interstellar Tone Traveler is pleased to carry this Limited Edition version in Indigo Blue Tolex with wheat grille cloth and silver piping — a color combination that looks as refined as it sounds, and one that stands apart from the standard Sonzera cosmetics with the kind of understated elegance a great amp deserves.

The two channels — Clean and Gain — share a circuit relationship that PRS designed deliberately: the Gain channel is derived from the Clean channel, meaning both can be voiced to complement each other or diverge into completely different tonal territories, all through the Drive, Level, and tone stack controls on the Gain side. The Clean channel delivers bell-like chime and three-dimensional clarity through the full Treble, Middle, and Bass stack, while the Gain channel's bright switch adds carefully tailored high-end snap that works particularly well on lower strings and neck pickup settings without getting brittle. Global spring reverb designed to enhance without clouding, a global presence control for top-end definition, a series effects loop for time-based effects, and adjustable bias with monitoring jacks round out a package that handles any stage or studio situation with confidence. Two 5881 power tubes deliver 20 watts of clean headroom, four 12AX7 preamp tubes handle gain and reverb, and a Celestion V-Type speaker translates all of it to air. Includes 2-button footswitch for channel and reverb switching.
