Vintage 1969 Ludwig Drum Set 22/14/12 Sparkling Blue Pearl
3-ply clear maple interiors
The floor tom (14x14!) and bass drum have blue olive badges, and the 12 has a keystone badge - but all drums date to 1969 and I believe this kit left the factory this way as a born-together matching set. (I’ve seen stranger things from Ludwig).
Drums are in excellent condition. Chrome is rust free and shiny. Interiors and edges are clean and original. Blue sparkle is in beautiful condition showing very little fade or wear. Seams are tight. Hardware functions well and holds without slipping.
There’s a dent in the 14 hoop but doesn’t affect playability. There’s one small hole that’s been professionally plugged/covered near the cymbal mount from moving the rail to the top position. Drums tune up nicely.
Hard to find vintage 14x14 floor toms especially a blue olive badge Ludwig!
