This is an extremely rare hollow-body double-neck guitar.
Based on the serial number, it appears to date from 1961.

All pickups have been replaced with Gibson stamped patent number pickups from the 1970s or later.
A Bigsby has been added.
Reinforcement plates are visible on the side jack.
It comes with a non-original custom case.
(The interior has been completely reupholstered.)
