The Keeley Caverns V2 combines two essential effects—tape-style delay and versatile reverb—into one compact, pedalboard-friendly stompbox. The delay section is based on Keeley’s Magnetic Echo circuit and delivers warm, analog-inspired tape echoes with up to 650ms of delay time. Built-in modulation adds adjustable wow and flutter, giving the repeats the movement and character associated with vintage tape echo machines. Dial it back for a subtle sense of space or increase the repeats and modulation for more dramatic, swirling delay textures.

On the reverb side, three selectable modes provide dramatically different sounds. Spring mode delivers classic vintage-style reverb and can incorporate tremolo modulation for even more movement. Shimmer mode adds octave-up voices for bright, spacious ambient textures, while Modulated mode introduces a chorus-like movement to a deep, expansive reverb.

Because the delay and reverb sections can be controlled independently, the Caverns V2 works equally well as a straightforward everyday ambience pedal or as a powerful tool for creating layered atmospheric sounds. It’s a great fit for rock, blues, surf, worship, indie, ambient music, and virtually any style that benefits from added depth and dimension.

Selectable bypass operation provides even more flexibility. Choose True Bypass when you want the effects to stop immediately when switched off, or use Trails mode with buffered bypass to allow your delay repeats and reverb decay to fade naturally after disengaging the effect.
