The Session DI puts a studio in front of your pickup: L.R. Baggs took the analog saturation and compression/EQ they built into the Session pedal — the processing that makes a pickup sound like a mixed record instead of a raw piezo — and added the DI features a gigging player needs: the Garret Null notch that dials out resonant feedback, a variable high-pass filter, and a mute switch for both the XLR and 1/4" outputs. One box between the guitar and the PA.
