This fantastic and rare clarinet is a Selmer Limited Edition - Muse. It is in like new, mint condition. The sound/tone is rich and vibrant. Think of the tone as full-bodied and resonate. This Limited Edition is #34 of 85 and has a certificate of authenticity. The Limited Edition Muse clarinet was produced to celebrate the 140th anniversary of Henri Selmer. It features black chrome keywork with 6 rings and 18 keys. The pads are black leather with black metal resonators on the lower keys. This Limited Edition Muse has a grenadilla wood body and original musical notation engraving from barrel to bell. The iconic Selmer “S” is carved in the grenadilla wood and accentuated with a nickel silver inlay. This Limited Edition Muse is offered with two barrels: 64 mm and 65 mm. Also included is a Limited-Edition Echo mouthpiece by Henri Selmer Paris, a lockable case and an outer leather carrying bag. This instrument sold for $8,999 in the United States.
