PLEASE NOTE: I Provide Reverb Safe Shipping RSS with everything I sell and ship. And, I pay for this protection out of my own pocket. Sometimes it can cost me in excess of $100 depending on the item being protected. I believe this Excellent condition Thorens TD 125 MkII will cost me around $60 to insure! This coverage protects both you, the buyer, and me, the seller, against loss or damage during shipment. And, I never sell ANY of my items "As-Is". All my items are guaranteed to look and function as advertised or I will gladly accept a return. What other sellers provide that kind of service? The answer is: Very few, take a look and see!

PLEASE EXAMINE MY FEEDBACK!
One, Excellent, Thorens TD125 MkII with a set-on dustcover!
Comes mounted with a pre-2000's, Grado Black Prestige Cartridge and Needle with less than 5 hours on it! I have been testing the turntable today, the cartridge and stylus sound amazing but they are not even broken in yet! Takes about 10-12 hours of usage for this!
This turntable was made in Germany during the years 1972-1975. The cycles at 50/60 Hertz or Cycles and either 117/220 Volts. The turntable is set to U.S. specs of 60Hz to match the AC cycles of the US and voltage of 117V.
Completely gone through and the control board was recapped and new RCA cables were installed. Frankly the only weak link an ALL Thorens turntables are that the RCA cable are not too good! But, I fixed that issue!
Ships in 72 hours if bought and paid for Monday through Wednesday, then ships in 72 hours but if bought and paid for Thursday through Sunday, ships no later than the following Wednesday.
I continually offer Rare, High-end Turntables on Reverb because they are very sought after these days! I sell an average of three turntable each and every month on Reverb, and why? because of their consistent sound and worry-free performance!
In General, what follows are the shipping parameters!
Please Note: This following shipping timetable is a guideline and not set in stone.
Extenuating circumstance from the shipper or from my personal life can sometimes delay shipment. Things like delays due to Covid-19 which impacts staff shortages and supply chains, multiple buys on this platform in a short amount of time for example, 10 items sold in a 7-day period, or the illness of a child or my own illness or a fire or flood or an earthquake. I understand that most of the latter types of these occurrences are rare. But, even Huge insurance companies allow for Force Majeure (look it up). And, please understand that I am only one person and if you want the rare vintage item you bought to arrive in the same condition it left me, it will take time to pack it and ship it right! And, if something happens like an extenuating circumstance, it will take a little more time to ship! Thank you for your understanding!
So, in general, if bought and paid for Monday through Thursday, I will ship out within 72 hours (business days, not Weekends). If bought Friday, Saturday or Sunday I will ship out no later than the following Wednesday! I don't quickly or sloppily pack and ship. I agonize over picking the proper packing materials and proper boxes which I buy for the item AFTER the item is sold. I have dozens of vintage audio items available for sale and I DO NOT HAVE THEM PACKED AND READY FOR SHIPMENT BEFORE THEY ARE SOLD, I DON'T DO IT LIKE THAT! I AM NOT AMAZON OR A LARGE ONLINE COMPANY, I AM A SOLE PROPRIETOR OF A LARGE COLLECTION OF VINTAGE AUDIO ITEMS THAT MY FAMILY COLLECTED OVER 60 YEARS. When you receive your turntable in the same condition as it left me, you will thank me! Please, look at my feedback regarding Packing and Shipping! Price is Firm! However, the price is Negotiable If you buy 2 or more of my Reverb items concurrently.
Ships from San Marcos, CA. Packed safely and securely. I ALWAYS use the (RSS) Reverb Safe Shipping option when shipping an item I have sold in order to protect both you and me, I typically lose money on shipping because of this because RSS costs money. The more rare or valuable an item is, the more it costs to insure! In addition, I don't ship quickly or cheaply. Why sloppily throw a vintage receiver in Excellent condition into a box or poorly wrap it so it gets damaged in transit? I DO NOT DO THAT! I am meticulous with my packaging and I agonize over choosing the proper box that is ideal for each unit. Boxes, especially ones that are the correct dimensions for the item at hand are not always easy to come by. I use high quality double walled electronics boxes especially made for shipping vintage items of this type and if one box in the proper size is unavailable, I use TWO single walled corrugated cardboard boxes, putting one box with the unit in it INSIDE another larger box with even more packing material to fully protect the unit and that especially can be costly.
So, the Price is Firm! However, the price is Negotiable if you bundle and buy 2 or more of my Reverb items concurrently!
Thanks ; )
