Serial number: 418000.

Based on commonly referenced BOSS serial number dating information, this unit is estimated to date from approximately 1984.

The CS-2 is a classic vintage BOSS compressor/sustainer known for its smooth compression and natural sustain.

The pedal has been tested and is working properly.

Sound output, power, and effect ON/OFF operation have all been checked.

All controls have been tested and operate normally without noticeable scratchy noise.

Operation has been confirmed using both a 9V battery and an AC adapter.

The pedal edges and corners show multiple areas of paint loss.
