Vintage BOSS GE-6 Graphic Equalizer guitar effects pedal, made in Japan.

Serial number: 8300.

Based on commonly referenced BOSS serial number dating information, this unit is estimated to date from approximately 1979.

The GE-6 is a classic 6-band graphic equalizer featuring frequency controls at:

• 100Hz
• 200Hz
• 400Hz
• 800Hz
• 1.6kHz
• 3.2kHz

Each frequency band can be adjusted from approximately -15dB to +15dB, allowing detailed control over the tonal character of your guitar signal.

The pedal has been tested and is working properly.

All six EQ sliders have been checked and are functioning as intended.

The indicator LED lights when the effect is engaged.

Condition

This is a pre-owned vintage pedal with significant cosmetic wear from age and previous use.

There are scratches, paint chips, scuffs, dirt, discoloration, oxidation, and rust on various parts of the enclosure and hardware.

The slider knobs also show age-related discoloration and wear.

The rubber stopper for the pedal screw is missing.
