USA-made Ovation 1613 Classic — nylon-string classical body with the signature Lyrachord roundback bowl, onboard piezo electronics, and the desirable mono + stereo outputs. New strings and a recent setup. Electronics work and sound beautiful plugged in.

This is the Classic Electric model players actually use on stage: warm, articulate nylon tone unplugged, and a clear, usable amplified voice that doesn’t fight you. The stereo jack splits odd/even strings (useful for stereo rigs or recording); the mono jack is standard 1/4”. Concentric volume/tone control on the upper bout.

Condition

Honest vintage player with expected wear for a 40+ year-old guitar: light surface scratches and scuffs on the top, some finish wear, and typical checking. Nothing structural — no cracks through the wood, no lifting, no neck issues visible. Frets look good. Recently set up with new nylon strings; plays cleanly.

Electronics tested and working. Sounds beautiful plugged in through both the mono and stereo outputs.

Case

Original Ovation hardshell case included. Exterior is scuffed and worn (normal for these brown cases). Interior plush is original and worn/dirty in spots but still holds the guitar securely. Latches work.

Ready to play or record. Great option for classical, worship, singer-songwriter, or anyone who wants a nylon guitar that actually works on a stage without feedback drama.
