Great unit - works flawlessly.
I was paid for one of my first engineering gigs in LA with this compressor. The previous owner put it together so I can't confirm if it had the Orange Drop Mod or not, but he did tell me he did some modifications to get it closer to sounding like his old UREI unit? Take that as you will.
It has won many shootouts in my studio, and been used on many of my lead vocal mixes. Unfortunately, I'm moving to a more mobile centered workflow which requires me to work in-the-box, so I think it's time for this unit to find a new owner who will actually take advantage of it.
