This is a gorgeous 1993 Gibson Les Paul Classic Premium Plus model in Heritage Cherry Sunburst finish with a three-dimensional quilted figure maple top, weighing in at 8 lbs. 3oz. This beauty plays and sounds as good as it looks. These early '90s Les Pauls are truly wonderful instruments in my opinion, having owned a few over the years. Gibson's workmanship and materials were top notch. The guitar is in exceptional shape for its age with only a couple tiny finish imperfections that can only be seen with the right light and position. I tried to show these in the photographs included with a direct light source. They would disappear completely with a drop of lacquer by a competent luthier. The slim profile neck and rosewood fingerboard are straight and true. The frets have little to no wear, and the truss rod has plenty of life. The bridge and tailpiece have a nice patina, and the tuners all perform as they should. The nut is fine and the action can be set quite low if desired. The electronics are fine and the humbuckers both have strong output. There is no pickguard included and the guitar hasn't been drilled for one. The original plush Gibson hardshell case is included with some original tags, etc. The guitar will be de-tensioned, well-padded, and shipped in an appropriate Gibson box. Thanks for looking!
