JHS PackRat distortion pedal in mint condition. It includes the original JHS box and everything that originally came inside.
The PackRat puts nine different classic and boutique RAT-style circuits into a single pedal. These aren’t digital models—the pedal uses analog switching to route the signal through different component combinations for each mode.
The nine modes recreate the 1979 Big Box, 1984 White Face, Turbo RAT, BRAT, You Dirty RAT, Ibanez LA Metal, Landgraff MO-D, Caroline Wave Cannon, and JHS’s own modified RAT circuit. Together they cover everything from lower-gain overdrive and classic distortion to ’90s grunge, heavy saturation, and fuzz-like tones.
Controls include Volume, Distortion, Filter, and a nine-position Mode selector. It uses a standard 9V DC center-negative power supply with a maximum current draw of 100mA.
