As I am now semi-retired from performing and recording, I'm thinning out the storage shelves in my studio. While I love this snare drum, it's time to sell my Yamaha Recording Custom 14"x5.5" Brass Snare Drum (RRS-1455). I'd rather it were played and enjoyed than sitting in a snare bag on a shelf. It's been lightly used gigging and recording. Otherwise being kept or stored in my smoke free, temperature & humidity controlled studio. Designed in collaboration with legendary drummer Steve Gadd, this drum features a 1.2mm brass shell with an outward center bead for enhanced articulation, sensitivity, and warmth. Includes brand new batter head.

• Condition: Excellent to like-new. The brass shell and chrome hardware are exceptionally clean with no denting, pitting, or rust. Bearing edges are pristine. Fully functional and meticulously cared for.
• Heads: Brand-new Remo Ambassador X coated batter head with its extra durability and focused tone. Remo Ambassador snare side head.
• Hardware: Heavy-duty 2.3mm DynaHoops (10-lug) and Yamaha’s smooth Q-Type strainers. Equipped with Yamaha's 20-strand snare wire.
