This Made in Japan Fender Kith Richards Micawber Telecaster model features a classic Black Pickguard on Natural finish ash body with maple neck and fingerboard. Very precise workmanship and vintage specs. The frets are in very good shape, and the guitar plays nicely; it feels and sounds great. This tele has beefy attack with the Dragster neck humbucker and plenty of classic twang on the Vintage bridge single coil.
The body has been completely refinished at a local furniture factory and has the nicest new finish. Some patina on hardware. Both pots have been replaced with genuine Fender parts. Saddles and ferules have been replaced. Please refer to photos.
The guitar weights 7.8 pounds.
