FTelettronica Bass F*ckin' Drive | Bass Overdrive

The FTelettronica Bass F*ckin' Drive is a versatile bass overdrive that can go from a little grit and added definition all the way to a much more aggressive, saturated sound. Handmade in Italy, it gives players several different ways to shape the character of the drive, including selectable silicon/MOSFET clipping and a three-position voicing switch.

The pedal's Drive, Boost, Tone, and Volume controls give plenty of room to dial in the basic sound, while the Holy F*ck boost adds another level of gain when things need to get pushed harder. The three-position switch adds even more flexibility: Flat Mids takes out the pronounced mid emphasis, Comp Cut removes the clipping stages for a louder and more open response, and Standard gives the normal silicon/MOSFET clipping character.

That makes the Bass F*ckin' Drive a particularly useful option for bassists who want more than one flavor of overdrive from a single pedal. It can add some edge and hair without completely changing the character of the bass, or be pushed into much heavier territory when more saturation is needed. With true bypass and 9V or 18V operation, it's a flexible Italian-made drive that can fit into everything from a straightforward bass board to a much more aggressive effects rig.
