Mesa Boogie Mesa/Boogie 2x12 2FB Closed-Back Cabinet — Celestion Vintage 30s — 120W / 8 Ohms — Excellent 2020 - Black

For sale is my Mesa/Boogie 2x12 2FB closed-back guitar cabinet, serial #C-91750, loaded with its two Celestion Vintage 30 (CEL-30) 12" speakers. It also includes 4 caster wheels making it easier to move.

The cabinet is rated at 120 watts combined power handling and 8 ohms, with a parallel output.

This is a classic Mesa 2x12 excelling at metal and hard rock: a substantial closed-back cabinet paired with two Vintage 30s, delivering thetight low end, strong midrange punch, projection and definition that work so well with high-gain tube heads.

I've been using this cabinet with my Mesa/Boogie Triple Crown TC-50, and the combination sounds beyond awesome. The closed-back construction gives the TC-50 massive physical authority and low-end punch than a smaller cabinet while retaining the focused attack and articulation that make the Triple Crown particularly good for hard rock and metal.

The cabinet is also an excellent match for Rectifier, Mark Series, Badlander and other Mesa heads—or virtually any amplifier that benefits from the familiar combination of a closed-back 2x12 and Celestion Vintage 30s.

This cabinet is in Excellent condition and presents extremely cleanly overall. There is a light scratch in the Tolex along the left side - outlined in red on photo #8 and a very small indentation/bump at the front-left corner, both of which are shown in the photographs. Otherwise there is remarkably little scratching, scuffing or Tolex wear. It has been babied in my smoke free home studio since I first bought it from Sweetwater six years ago and never gigged.

Iit is in perfect working condition and sounds fantastic.
