This is a gorgeous piece of Selmer history: a vintage wooden Bundy clarinet, easily dating back to Selmer’s earliest models in the early 50s. The clarinet has recently been taken apart, and all pads and corks have been inspected; the faulty ones replaced. There are zero cracks or chips in the wood. It has been play tested and it plays exceptionally well with a softer tone than other clarinets, comparing to a modern grenadilla clarinet. And I will say that it handles the break between registers much better than some of my other vintage clarinets. Additionally, anyone with bigger fingers (like me) will have no problem playing this as its keys are spaced a little farther apart than other older clarinets. It comes with original lyre and case. Mouthpiece is not original.
