This listing is for an Aphex 207. This unit is considered a professional grade two-channel tube microphone and instrument preamplifier that is designed for clean, detailed recordings with a subtle tube character. It uses Aphex’s RPA tube circuitry, which combines a low-noise solid state input stage with a 12AT7/ECC81 tube output stage. Each channel includes +48V phantom power, polarity reverse, a 20 dB pad, 70 Hz low-cut filter, MicLim peak limiting, and continuously variable gain. The original box is not included!
