This box is awesome - it’s essentially the DX7ii keyboard in rackmount style! Connect a keyboard or midi controller and get ready to dive into layers and layers of warm FM tones that have defined popular music for many, many years. The electric piano sound alone is iconic and expressive, the sound of 80s ballads from Whitney Houston to Chicago. Then there are the bass sounds and sequencing, which defined the edgy bass of Michael Jackson’s late 80s work. Overall, this box is a piece of music history with great sounds and instant playability and expression.
Included is an original Yamaha RAM4 Data Cartridge so you can save your wonderful custom presets!
