This is the latest S4 version of the beloved Acoustic Image Coda Amp. It's a 600 watt beast that has an innovative "down firing" design. This includes both the S4 Coda Amp head (with detachable electronics) and the matching cabinet. They are in great condition.

This is the pinnacle of the highly innovative bass amps built by Acoustic Image. These amps were the darling of the upright world for many years.

One player on TalkBass said it "has the most "transparent" sound of any amp/cab I've ever used."

I bought these in 2017 for over $2,000 and they have been workhorse tanks that have performed perfectly at bar gigs, restaurants, rockabilly festival, and state fair performances.

For several years I put the head on top a big GK cabinet for massive sound and projection. It sounds equally amazing with bass guitar.

With just the amp and matching cabinet, this set would be ideal for a small jazz group.

The S4 Coda with matching cabinet is lightweight, compact, and super convenient for travel and gigs.
