The XL42 is the preamp and equalizer from the famous XL4 console. It boast a 70dB gain on the preamp, with PAD, phase reverse and individual phantom switch, coupled with a 4 band fully parametric EQ and variable low-cut filter. There are provision for a defeatable (switch) channel insert (bantam TT), individual 10 segment LED channel meter. An interesting feature is the stereo external link input which let's you daisy-chain multiple XL42 together to form a stereo mixer, using the channel's PAN and OUTPUT Level controls. This unit was used in our rental and carry the signs: scratches and a bent right front panel. The unit is fully tested and ready to go... all pots are clean, except the last 1/4" of gain on both sides (scratching only when moving, but at that point you have over 60db of gain...), input switches have a little scratching when operated, the rest is good...
