Remo Vintage RARE MASSIVE 27"x16" Leon Mobley Djembe in DISCONTINUED FINISH

This is a vintage Remo Leon Mobley Signature Series 16" key-tuned djembe in the rare, discontinued Bifal finish. This appears to be an older, likely 1990s-era example of the Leon Mobley Signature line, and I have not personally seen another used example in this particular finish. The combination of the discontinued graphic and enormous size makes this a particularly unusual Remo djembe. This is the oversized 27" tall × 16" diameter version, giving it a huge, deep bass response while still retaining the sharp slap and open tones these Remo key-tuned djembes are known for.

The drum is fully functional, tunes properly and sounds great. This is an exceptionally large djembe: approximately 27" overall height, with an 11" deep upper bowl/shell section measured from the start of the bowl to the top of the shell, not including the head height. Because of the overall size, local pickup is strongly preferred. I am willing to ship, but the package will be very large and potentially expensive, so oversized parcel or freight shipping may be required depending on destination.
