Serial No. 00394714. Early-production American-made Peavey T-60 manufactured in Meridian, Mississippi. Natural ash body with maple neck and fingerboard, early solid-insert “toaster” dual-coil pickups, Peavey's distinctive tone-controlled single-coil/humbucking circuitry, phase switch, and string-through Peavey bridge.
Early “PATENTS APPLIED FOR” headstock. The main Peavey/T-60 headstock logo is substantially worn or has been removed, while the patent and Made in U.S.A. markings remain visible.
Includes period/original Peavey molded thermoplastic hard case with brown plush interior.
Good vintage condition with normal play wear, scratches, oxidation and hardware wear consistent with age.
The guitar comes from a large private collection and, to our knowledge, has not been played since entering the collection. It has not been recently played, set up, or professionally evaluated, and is therefore being sold in its present condition.
