Bought brand new from Thomann in September 2025. Very lightly used as I only briefly used it while I was on a smaller horn that it worked well with and have a horn now that it sorta works with but isn the best option. And only has a little bit of tarnish but is easily removed and will be before shipping, other than that there is no cosmetic damage with it.
The PT-88+ is very excellent Tuba mouthpiece for that works great on smaller 4/4 CC Tubas. Because It has the + in the model, it adds Perantucci’s heavy shell technology. Which basically adds a ton of depth and core to the sound and can make a small 4/4 Tuba sound comparable to a small 5/4 Tuba and works great in small ensembles (i.e. brass quintet and smaller concert bands).
