From Fender’s highly regarded late-2000s American Standard lineup, this was one of the more versatile and player-friendly Strats Fender produced during this era. These models introduced several meaningful upgrades over earlier American Standards, including the improved 2-point tremolo, rolled fingerboard edges, satin-finished neck, staggered tuners, and the powerful HSS pickup configuration.

This one is in super excellent condition and clearly not played.

The HSS setup makes this one especially flexible. You get classic Strat sparkle and clarity from the Tex-Mex single coils, but the Diamondback humbucker adds extra output and warmth when you want thicker rock tones. Combined with the comfortable neck carve and rolled fretboard edges, these late-2000s American Standards are still some of the best everyday-player Strats Fender has made.

Excellent condition examples from this era are getting harder to find, especially ones this clean!
