For sale is a Yamaha SD-4106 14" x 6.5" seamless brass snare drum, made in Japan.
The SD-4106 is one of Yamaha's highly regarded Japanese-made professional brass snares from the late 1980s/early 1990s. It features a seamless brass shell, die-cast hoops, and Yamaha's original premium hardware. These drums are known for their exceptional craftsmanship, sensitivity, broad tuning range, and warm, articulate brass tone.
This drum comes from the estate of a close friend who was an avid musical instrument collector. Although he primarily played guitar, he collected high-quality instruments and gear. The drum has been in my possession for approximately 15 years and has spent most of its life carefully stored.

This drum is in excellent overall condition.
The brass shell retains a beautiful finish with only a few light cosmetic marks. The chrome hardware is exceptionally clean, and all components function smoothly. The drum tunes easily and is ready to play.
No case is included.
