Model appears to be "standard" or "self-balancing".
The case is stenciled "U.S.", and I was told it was a military issue instrument but cannot confirm.
This horn is in superb condition for 84 years. There is some wear around the hand grip.
It plays beautifully. I have a 2B, so I really don't need or play this one.
