Vintage Ludwig Double Tome stand, with a clip-mount top and Atlas bottom. This stand came to me this way, but might be a combination of two different eras. Clips are bent to angle the toms, but should be able to be bent back if desired. Gretsch used a very similar mount at one time, so maybe it's a Gretsch top? Rubber tips are missing, stand should clean up nicely. If you have toms with clip mounts (including concert toms), this stand is for you.
