This is a handsome, well-made player’s instrument featuring a warm golden-amber finish, solid spruce top and an especially attractive two-piece figured maple back. The maple displays strong, even flame that continues into the ribs and gives the violin a striking appearance.

Condition

The violin is in good pre-owned condition with normal evidence of playing and age. It shows surface scratches, finish marks, rosin residue and other minor cosmetic wear. The figured maple back remains especially attractive.

The instrument appears complete and set up, but it has not recently been professionally inspected or serviced by a luthier. As with any used violin, the buyer may wish to have the strings, bridge, soundpost and general setup checked after shipping.
