I bought this Fender ’68 Custom Deluxe Reverb New Sealed In Box around 2020 or 2021. Fender’s serial-number lookup shows that it was manufactured in October 2015.

This amp has maybe 2–3 hours of total use on it, and honestly it may not even have that much. It has never been gigged, hauled around or modified. It has spent virtually its entire life sitting indoors with the Fender cover over it. Never been in smokey environments or anywhere where anybody has ever smoked.

The original two-button footswitch is included. It had never been used or even taken out from inside the amp until I removed it to take these pictures. Any tiny marks visible on it were there from the factory and are not from use.

The tolex, grille cloth, control panel, knobs, speaker and hardware are all in mint condition. There are no tears, dents, stains or damage that I see. Everything works exactly as it should.

I’m not calling it brand new because I have owned it and played through it briefly, but this is about as close to a new amp as a used one can reasonably be. The pictures were taken up close so the buyer can see exactly what they are getting.
