I'm selling my gently used 22" HHX Complex Medium Ride. I bought it a few years ago here on Reverb and have kept it in my climate-controlled studio ever since. Low playing hours and only some minor stick marks on the bow. I was using it as a main ride for a progressive rock setup, but it ended up not having enough stick definition to cut through in higher volume situations.
It's a beautiful cymbal with just an incredible, blooming crash. The stick sound is of course very woody, and the bell is almost fully integrated. Would be great in lower-volume rock, pop, R&B, and certainly jazz settings.
