Digital Audio Denmark 8-channel Line A/D input card in [excellent / like new] condition. Adds eight channels of DAD's pristine analog-to-digital conversion to your chassis in a single expansion slot.

This is the line-level input card — no mic preamps, no phantom power. If your front end is already sorted with outboard preamps, a console, or a summing chain, this is the card that gets those signals into the AX32 at the highest quality without paying for mic stages you'll never switch on.

DAD conversion is the reason people buy these chassis in the first place. This is the same converter architecture used across post houses, mastering rooms and scoring stages, with system sample rate support up to 384 kHz and DSD, and all parameters controlled from DADman.

Compatibility: fits DAD AX32, DAD AX64, NTP Penta 720 and Penta 721s, and the Avid Pro Tools | MTRX (the MTRX is the Avid-branded AX32; option cards are interchangeable across the range).

Worth knowing if you're planning a build-out: the chassis takes eight cards total, with up to six of them being 8-channel analog cards for a maximum of 48 analog channels. One power supply covers up to five cards — if this card takes you to six, you'll want the second PSU installed.

Condition:
Pulled from a working AX32 during a studio reconfiguration — functioned perfectly on all eight channels when removed. Handled with ESD precautions. No bent pins, clean edge connector, bracket free of damage.
