Fender Pro 5C5 “TV‑front” tweed combo (approx. 1949–1950). Classic early‑tweed Fender medium‑output amp with oxblood grille and original TV‑front cabinet. Tweed is heavily worn and frayed but the cabinet is solid and the amp plays perfectly and has tons of vintage character.
The amp has been maintained over the years by an experienced technician - updated filter and signal caps, replacement power transformer, and a re‑coned Jensen P15N speaker. Output transformer has been relocated from the original speaker bracket to the chassis. Tubes currently installed are period‑correct octal preamp tubes with 5881/6L6‑type power tubes. This is a player‑grade vintage Fender with honest cosmetic wear and great tone.
