Up for sale is a fantastic Mesa/Boogie .50 Caliber+ 50-watt tube amplifier head in painted White Tolex finish with classic black grille cloth and black corners. Clearly a previous owner painted the once-black cabinet white. Recently completely gone through by Keith Entringer of RedPlate Amps and is in perfect working order. Amp is incredible sounding and is probably one of the best sounding of Mesa's amps in my opinion...and also the easiest to dial in killer tone in seconds.

The .50 Caliber+ (Plus) is the upgraded version of Mesa’s classic late-80s/early-90s head, featuring a 6L6 power sectionand the critical independent Lead Master volume control on the front panel—allowing you to balance clean and high-gain channel levels effortlessly. It also features Mesa's famous built-in 5-Band Graphic EQ for shaping everything from tight mid-scoops to warm lead boosts.

This amp is in Very Good / Fully Functional condition:

• Cosmetics: Light signs of wear consistent with age, including subtle scuffs/marks on the white tolex near the corners/edges (visible in photos), but overall looks extremely clean for its age.
• Electronics & Mechanics: All jacks, pots, switches, sliders, and transformers function as intended. Power tubes are installed and tested.

Note to Buyer: Item will be packed securely with tubes stabilized/protected for safe transport. Can ships fully insured if buyer would like to add that on.
