This is a very rare flanger/matrix filter pedal made in Italy in the late 70s/early 80s by Electronic Sounds of the legendary Gary Hurst, the inventor of the Tone Bender!
The pedal features the highly sought-after Reticon SAD1024A chip. It is an exact circuit copy of the vintage Electric Mistress V2 (non-deluxe version). The modulation is exactly what you expect from it: warm, rich, much more chorus-like than a more common jet-flange effect. You can hear the actual sound of this unit in the YouTube video linked below.
The case is quite large with beautiful, eye-catching vintage graphics. There are signs of age but the pedal is in good overall condition and works perfectly. One rubber foot is missing.
The unit is powered by a 220-240V AC mains supply (no external power supply needed).
It has just been professionally serviced by a technicia, who replaced some components of the power supply circuit. The removed originals are included for historical integrity.
