Selling my Antelope Satori from my professional mixing & mastering studio, which I’m closing down. It was used daily in a smoke-free, climate-controlled studio and has always been rack-mounted.

Satori is a 1U, fully analog monitoring and summing system with digital control. It uses Antelope’s relay-controlled stepped attenuator, so the volume steps are precise and recallable. It has 8 stereo inputs, 4 stereo speaker outputs, a sub output, 4 independent headphone outputs, analog summing, talkback, and Mono / Dim / Mute / Mid-Side monitoring.

Condition notes:

• Fully working.
• Volume: occasionally the front-panel volume control stops responding and the relays don’t step. As soon as I move the volume in the computer software, it immediately starts working again. This looks like a software/communication glitch rather than a hardware fault. Volume control from the computer works flawlessly at all times.
• Speaker select buttons: all work without problems. They would benefit from a cleaning, as they return a bit slower than when new.
• Note: the R4S desktop remote is not included. The unit is fully controllable from the front panel and the software.
