Pöltl Bariton/Euphoniumdämpfer aus Birkenholz
Der Pöltl Dämpferbau begann 1985 mit der Entwicklung eines Waldhorndämpfers. Nach Tests mit den verschiedensten Holzarten und -dicken entstand ein Birkenholzdämpfer mit verschiebbarer Stimmröhre. In den folgenden Jahren wurden, angeregt und unter Mithilfe von Musikerkollegen, weitere Holzdämpfer für Wagnertube, Trompete, Posaune und Tuba entwickelt. Die Pöltl Dämpfer sind mittlerweile weltweit lieferbar.
