Mysterious Italian Cased Electric Reed Organ (Italy, 1960s)! Probably Orla! Read the ad!

We are selling this rare and vintage portable reed organ made in Italy probably by Orla in 1960s with original case!

CONDITIONS: The organ is fully working and in very good cosmetical condition for its age with some cosmetical signs of aging and traces of use. The first white F key in the lower octave on the left is slightly raised compared to the other keys, but it works perfectly. As shown in the photo, this is purely a minor cosmetic misalignment. It’s a very elegant musical instrument, very hard to find!

This is a super real vintage Italian gem, extremely rare and highly collectable! We have searched the internet but can't find another for sale anywhere! An expert in Italian organs suggested that the instrument is most likely an Orla (Orlandoni) organ. Grab a bargain!

Orla (aka Orlandoni) was the Italian brand that produced many cool instruments including the famous Orla DSE-24. The Company was based in Marche, Italy, in the same area where Elka, Eko, Elgam, Farfisa, Crumar, Jen, Siel, Solton, CRB, etc. were born.

It’s very difficult to find today a vintage electric portable organ like this. For these reasons this piece has a great collectible value!

DESCRIPTION: This is a super cool harmonium organ in vintage brown and cream finish with its original case. Turn it on and a fan starts pumping a soft and cool breeze across your fingers and you’re ready to go. It has a cool sound. The air gets pumped over metal reeds which results in a rich sound!

Like all Italian reed organs from the 1960s, the internal fan is always a bit noisy, but that’s part of the instrument’s charm. Please, consider this info before bidding or purchasing: this organ cannot be as quiet as a modern digital organ, nor can it match the precision of a digital instrument when it comes to the notes. But it has a breath of its own, and it creates an emotion that is truly unique.

In short, this organ is a lot of fun. It has a wonderful melancholy sound which evokes such musical greats as Daniel Johnston, Ivor Cutler and Beirut!
