Today for sale I have an absolute monster of a guitar- Gibson SG Standard from 1976.

Let's start with the most important thing- this instrument has sustain for aaaaages. I don't know if that's the setup, tonewood, black magic or some kind of other shenanigans, but man does it last.

I've bought it as a husk with electronics, so the potis, pickguard, backplate, tuner bushings, and the nut are original, the rest however isn't.

Here's a list for guitar nerds:

- it was refreted (not by me) with some tall and wide jumbo frets, that were leveled crowned and so on

- it has Mother of pearl block inlays- very cool, very demure

- brand new Kluson waffleback tuners- a set of Seymour duncan Zebra APH humbuckers

- brand new reflector knobs

- Gibson tailpiece

- Schaller TOM bridge

It has quite a lot of scratches, dents, and so on, but no major breaks or problems. This however is in my opinion compensated by the absolute crazy woodgrain.
